Products needed to have robust properties that could withstand the type of use that is typical within a heavily used leisure area. The area needed to have a strong visual identity that was achieved by the use of strong contrasting colours and textures in Gloss Black Laminate Bespoke Table Benches that were dressed with Matt Brilliant White Vitra Panton one piece chairs.

The use of sharp lines and organic shapes was further emphasised with the inclusion of Green Stools to the external window wall to provide an alternative to the inner area of the bar.

Sofas were carefully selected to provide relaxed comfort areas with perfectly proportional low coffee tables finished in the same Matt White material that the single piece chairs are constructed from.

It is expected that the seating product selected from the Vitra Range should perform well in excess of 10 years and as we believe meets the sustainability targets for the University and also offers a high value for money equation.
